First time sampling with Trevor Haulser. Weather hot, overcast and humid with a light breeze. Lots of Gambusia species of fish in the water. Water'es edge mainly dominated by Slender Knotweed (persaria sp) and nut grass with some Juncus sp. Filamentous algae next to culvert. White faced heron spotted. Very low flow, in drain mainly connected by large pools.
