My rain gauge had 1.3mm for the last 24hrs. The Salinity was so high I tested it twice! The EC monitor calibrated without any issues today. Note from KJH - after so much rain, likely contribution of salt from other waterways which are now flowing with greater volume and input to the Goulburn River
