Envirionmental flow been and gone but water quality is very poor, flow rate is down to about 1 meg per day, irigatuion season now well over so we see a reduced flow regime however this flow is less than normal I suspect it is due to GMW saving water in Newlyn Res due to alleged El NNino. THusa effecting the water quality.
