There was a light breeze. The scum was below the dam wall. The oil was at the edge of the lake. The water was stained just a pale brown. There were fast food containers and cigarette butts amongst the litter. There were bottles, cans, balls, pieces of polystyrene, foil and scum in the pit drain. There was a branch resting on the top of the dam wall. Montbretia and garden daisy weeds were growing below the dam wall. The Cumbungi is in flower and is spreading across the waterway. BIRDS: Rainbow Lorikeets, Magpies, Sulphur-crested Cockatoos, Crested Pigeons, Corellas, Ravens, Noisy Miners.
