Frogs in upper pond. Less surface weed than last testing day. Plenty of bird life -- Clamorous Reed Warblers, Fairy Wrens, Wattlebirds, Wagtails. Pile of rushes has been removed, leaving patch of bare earth next to the pond. More reeds (Cumbungi) have been removed revealing that what I thought was one pond, is in fact two separated by an earth bank with connecting overflow and drain.
