Raining in past 24 hours close to 10mm and also the week preceding. Creek and drain flowing, up qite high. Borwn colour. When arrived at site at 2.40pm the drain was flowing and a dark brown colour. At 3.20pm the drain went a milky cloudy colour with a plume comig out of the drain. Photos taken, these samples tested and pollution report filled for EPA.
