First training session with group. DO gave reading of 2.7mgL on colorimeter, which did not seem to be correct. Re-tested at a later date at another site with different reagents (but from the same batch) and got the same result. Will follow up with further tests and different equipment. Unsure whether it is the colorimeter, but turbidity reading appeared to be fine, unsure whether phosphate reading is accurate or not (0.0 is probable), so will also compare this with another test kit.
Nitrate-N test kit result was 10.19 mg/L.
