Litter/Pollutants
Severe erosion has occurred at the site since our last visit in May 2010. The last part of the Track in has been washed away and completely impassable through to the river's edge. A new track (slight detour) is necessary to access this site. Photos were taken. Phosphate test was too difficult to read due to the extreme turbidity. There was a blue tinge however and we suspect phosphate levels were elevated. Same applied to the next 2 sites.Turbidity was much higher than we normally see at this site. Confirmed by using the turbidity tube.
