The council has now constructed a concrete path that runs along the scarboroughdrive entrance of the creek. There are pine logs in the creek upstream from the footbridge, they don't seem to be affecting the flow, however we will be removing them. The creek level is slightly lower, no upstream drains are running. A residential property that backs onto the creek has been piling up lawn clippings next to the creek. A brochure about this behaviour has been issued to the whole street and hopefully the resident will stop this.
