air and water temp higher, improved pH, more rubbish than usual. Evidence of high water level (over bridge after 16-10-10 downpour)- streamside vegetation mud-covered, silt on footpath. What stands out about the site today? Bolts loose on downstream side of bridge, a phone call from the manager at Edendale Farm resulted in quick action by a Nillumbik Works Depot employee, to mark the area with orange mesh, prior to repair job. Other observations: Scrub wrens in streamside vegetation Ivy invading bank vegetation. Timber floating downstream, graffiti on bridge. water level on stake: 30cm
