We had about 50 mm of rain in our gauge during October. There had been quite a lot of rain 2 weeks prior to the test, then some rain every few days since then. The creek had a higher level than we typically see, but no where near as deep as the previous month. It would seem that the catchment areas were still providing water, even with relatively light rainfall. So, I would call this semi-flooded.
