Recent rainfall(at Laverton) 5 mm 28/11, 0.4 mm 29/11, 1.4 mm 1/12. Ribbon weed (Vallisneria spiralis), end of flowering time, flower spikes in evidence. Birds seen: 1 Cormorant, 2 Swallows, 1 Eurasian Coot, 13 Black Ducks including 1 juvenile, 1 Azure Kingfisher, 3 Sea Gulls. Birds heard: Blackbirds, Little Raven, Willie Wagtail.
