Observations: Site looked good with nice green vegetation. Water was clear but no signs of any type of small fish ect. However when I emptied the water back from the bucket into the creek the soil that came up from under the surface was black and very oily looking and spread across the creek like an atomic bomb mushroom cloud. Very interesting, could be from the oil washed down off the road over long periods of time. Zero rainfall last 48 hours
