To the North side of the bridge the water that is pooling in the reeds is a very deep brown/orange color. Can not sight the flow of the river on this side, to much growth. To the South side of the bridge wear there are no reeds the water flow & pools appear to be reasonably clear but a lot less flow than normal. Access to the river is now difficult so the water sample is taken from the top of the bridge in the middle of the south side with an extra long rope attached to the sample bucket.
