Mouth of Creek into Port Phillip Bay was blocked at time of testing and had been for approximately 3 weeks and thus the creek was not flowing and the tidal effect in this part of the creek had not played apart for such time as it normally does through the rest of the year. Rainfall since last testing at this site was approx 12.8 mm
