Cumbungi and creekside weeds have grown and spread considerably since last time (August)

Configuration of the creek bed has changed.

A patch of weeds near the site has been mowed making it easier to collect samples and check for snakes.

Striped Marsh frog, Limnodynastes peroni calling (early next morning)

BIRDS:  Wood Ducks    Pacific Black Ducks    Chestnut Teal    Rainbow Lorikeets    Magpies    Noisy Miners.
