Turbidity: I filled the cylinder full, even tho the bucket scraped the bottom as I was getting the sample, since the river was so low. Interestingly on the N-bound train at about 4pm, the water level in the river was MUCH higher than in the morning. My rain gauge had 22 mm last Friday, ie 10 more than the Mangalore total.
