Water clear but has yellowish colour. The sample was not filtered. The ammonia test gave an 'Over range' result (>4mg/l), however, the Smart 2 reading after 5x dilution was 0. Assumed because the diluted test solution was a paler yellow colour than the sample. The Smart 2 was obviously confused by the water colour and therefore the phos reading is also not reliable. There was a minor coating of yellow algae on the bed of the stream even though it had been flushed by yesterday's rain. No oxygen was recorded in the sample.
