No water flowing from nearby drain. However the water sitting there was stained brown with tannin. The Barwon R isn't flowing through Winchelsea, nor Inverleigh. The water flow in the Barwon R at this site is due to inflows from the Leigh R. At the testing site, water depth is low, about 40cm; water has some thickening growth of azolla fern.
