In the pit drain:  18 plastic bottles    8 balls

The foam was below the dam wall and the oil was in small patches upstream from the dam wall.

The Frog Pond plants are growing well especially Juncus.

The friends Group has been doing more planting and will be busy mulching soon.

Montbretia is spreading amongst the other creekside weeds :   Buttercup,  Angled Onion,  Tradescantia.

BIRDS:    Rainbow Lorikeets    Noisy Miners    Black Ducks    Wood Ducks    

Chestnut Teal    Crested Pigeons   Kookaburras    Thornbill.    (The sighting of a Thornbill was good news as small birds are seldom seen here ------ then a Noisy Miner chased it away !)
