Upstream discharge from East Gippsland Water's sewage treatment plant, winter lagoon - estimated flow 80 litres/second (basis info from EGW);
Discharge analysis : pH 7.41, EC 2970 microS/cm, phosphorus 6.67 mg/l P, indicating essentially no in-stream dilution of the discharge;
Both discharge and in-stream samples had to be diluted 10:1 to obtain in-range PO4 meter reading;
