18-03-2017 <p>Only one plastic bottle in the pit drain this time.</p> <p>Very scummy below the dam wall.</p> <p>Logs blocking two tunnels.</p> <p>Patches of foam and oil on the surface upstream from the dam wall.</p> <p>Lots of rubbish waiting to be washed down the creek at the next heavy downpour.</p> <p>Weed trees growing in the waterway.</p> <p>Skipper Butterflies, Common Browns and Cabbage Whites in flight.</p> <p>On a rock near the small, planted wetland there is a plaque commemorating 10 years of work by the Friends of the Karingal Yalloc.</p> <p>BIRDS: &nbsp; &nbsp;Rainbow Lorikeets &nbsp; &nbsp;Mudlarks &nbsp; &nbsp;Pacific Black Ducks &nbsp; &nbsp;Wood Ducks &nbsp; &nbsp;Magpies &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Noisy Miners --- and a White-faced Heron, later.&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p> Fair 3 Fair 6 Poor 4 Fair 3 Good 8 24
