National Eutrophication Management Programme. The website provides the scientific underpinning necessary for effectively managing algal blooms. The program emphasised on blue-green algae, and other nuisance algae such as dinoflagellates and other eutrophication effects arising from nutrient enrichment. They mainly focus on rural rather than urban catchments and water bodies.
