Know Your Beasties was developed in 2001 in partnership with the Cooperative Research Centre for Freshwater Ecology and Waterwatch Victoria. It is a practical guide to some of the aquatic invertebrates in south-east Australia.

This laminated, quick and easy reference guide will help your efforts in sampling, sorting, identifying and recording aquatic invertebrates while out in the field. This guide has been designed to be used with the Waterwatch Victoria Data Sheet to record your results.
