River Reflections Curriculum Pack - Level 4

River Reflections was launched in 2003. It is an integrated unit of work exploring the theme of the past, present and future concepts of rivers. It is a package of class-based material for upper primary school levels and encourages students to focus on their local stream. River Reflections consists of a package of three posters of images and activities accompanied by a booklet of teacher's notes which addresses specific Level 4 learning outcomes in art, English, SOSE and science.

River Reflections has been distributed to well over 500 schools, community groups and government agencies.

In 2004, a River Reflections Yearbook was developed to showcase how the curriculum package was embraced and used by teachers in the classroom.
